• All items are sold on a first-come-first serve basis.
• Items will be reserved for a maximum of 24 hours after confirmation. If payments are not made within this period, orders will automatically be voided and be available to the next shopper.
• Shoppers who go MIA after orders are confirmed will be blacklisted.

♥ Exchange ♥
Items sent out will not be refundable. However, we do view in a case by case basis. Exchange will only be carried out if the items are:
- Colour of the items is not what it is ordered.
- Size of the items sent is not what it is ordered
- Only same items can be exchange
- Different design can be exchange provided the design ordered is not available. Additional top up is needed if the items exchange is more than the items ordered.
Note! Exchange will not be available if the size of the apparel does not fit. Please look at the information of the size and SMS/Email for more information before purchase.

We seek your understanding that there will not be a meetup. We will sent out the items within 24hous after payment has been made and received.
