Steps in making purchases:

♥ Step One

Simply email your orders to mapleclosets@gmail.comwith the following details:

• Email title as "Orders"
• Full Name
• Contact Number
• Mailling Address
• Item Name
• Item Serial Number
• Item Colour
• Quantity of the Item

♥ Step Two

Once we receive your orders, we will check on the availability of the items and you should be receiving the confirmation email within 24hours.

♥ Step Three

Upon confirmation, shoppers are advised to proceed with payment within 24 hours. If payment is not received by then, orders would be automatically voided. You may SMS/Email if extention is needed in order to secure the items.

Do SMS/Email us with the reference number once payment is made. This is to expedite the orders.

♥ Step Four

Once payment is received, orders will be sent out immediately via normal, registered or express postage. Refer to Delivery details below.


All prices are quoted in SGD and exclusive of postage as below:

• Normal postage range from $1 to $1.50  (Registered post will be recommended. However, we seek your understanding that we will not be liable for any lost mail sent by Singpost.)
• Registered Postage range from $3.24 to $3.74 (Registered tracking numbers will be sent via email to shoppers after we have sent out the items.)

Postage will depend on the quantity and the weight of the items. Postage will be calculated and informed in the confirmation email.
